Refund policy

Kingdom of Strength will gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges!

Simply email info@kingdomofstrength.com to start the quick and easy process.

Please read the below for our terms & conditions.

We will provide a refund (excl. postage), for all full priced items that adhere to the below conditions: 

1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition.

For exchanges; Please email info@kingdomofstrength.com with your order number, product name/s and reason for exchange.

Once the return request has been accepted we will email you the return/exchange information, including a return shipping address.

Please note the item/s must adhere to the same terms & conditions as above.

If you prefer a credit note this can also be arranged, so you can either repurchase your item/s in the desired size/colour, or choose something completely different from our website.

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned for a refund. However we can offer you an exchange or store credit.

In the unlikely event that your item/s happen to be faulty you will be issued a full refund and postage costs will also be covered by Kingdom of Strength.

Any item(s) returned outside of the 30 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up or deodorant marks, will not be accepted for return.

Kingdom of Strength reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return item(s) to sender.
